MANDATORY GROUP PRACTICES

Group practices begin early November and will be held during these potential time slots (you must be available for any of these slots):

Group A: Thur 5:00-5:30pm 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3 & Tue 12/8 5:00-5:30pm (5 practices)

Group B: Sat 9:00-9:30am 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5 & Thur 12/3 6:30-7:00pm (5 practices) Adults

​

Group C: Sat 9:30-10:00am 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5 & Thur 12/3 5:30-6:00pm (5 practices)

​

Group D: Sat 10:00-10:30am 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5 & Thur 12/3 6:00-6:30pm (5 practices)

Group E: Tue 11/10 5:15-5:45pm, Tue 5:30-6:00pm 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 (5 practices)

Group F: Tue 11/10 5:45-6:15pm, Tue 6:00-6:30pm 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 (5 practices)

Group G: Tue 6:30-7:00pm 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 (4 practices)

Group H: Tue 7:00-7:30pm 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 & Thur 12/3 7:00-7:30 (5 practices)

Group I: Tue 7:30-8:00pm 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 & Thur 12/3 7:30-8:00pm (5 practices)

Group J:  Tue 8:00-9:00pm 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 (4 practices) High teens/young adult

FULL CAST DRESS REHEARSAL ON THURSDAY DECEMBER 10, 2026 5:00pm-8:30pm

OPTIONAL SOLO OR DUET

Due to show time constraints there will be a limited number of solos and duets allotted for this show. Once that limit is reached, we will not be accepting any more solo/duet requests. We will give priority to Full AAFS members through early bird registration from today until 10/14/26. After this date, registration will open to Learn to Skate students for any remaining solos/duets time slots. Solo & Duet skaters are required to have a USFS/ISI certified coach.

VOLUNTEER

The show is made possible with the support of our many volunteers. If you are interested in helping, please let us know when registering. 

Volunteers may not come and go during the show. The time commitment is 11 am-4:30 pm on show days/4:30-9:00 pm on Dress Rehearsal; other family members may not accompany you while you are volunteering. Some volunteers may need to complete SkateSafe certification.

GROUP COSTUME CAPTAINS: 2-3 parents/adults must be responsible for costume organizing, distribution, and collection during dress rehearsal and both shows.

DRESSING ROOM: Six females (3 for Sat and 3 for Sun) are
needed to help in the girls’ dressing room for dress rehearsal and both shows.

SEWING/ALTERATIONS: Minor alterations of costumes

CLEAN-UP CREW: Two people after dress rehearsals and both shows to pick up seating, staging area, bathrooms, and dressing rooms.
